Role & Responsibilities:

As a Civil engineering graduate, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of critical infrastructure projects that shape the landscape of Arkansas. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Project Support:

Assist experienced engineers in the planning, designing, and implementing civil engineering projects, such as bridges, roads, drainage systems, and land development.

  • Data Analysis:

Collaborate on data collection, analysis, and reporting to support project decision-making.

  • Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure project plans align with state and federal regulations and environmental standards.

  • Documentation:

Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations to support project progress and funding requests.

  • Learning & Development:

Use continuous learning opportunities and on-the-job training to build your skills and expertise.

 

Civil Engineer Graduate Jobs Qualifications:
