Field Nurse Supervisor Jobs Responsibilities:

As a Field Nurse Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our nursing access program and ensuring exceptional patient care:

• Supervisory Leadership:

• Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of dedicated field nurses, empowering them to deliver top-tier care to patients.

• Patient Care Excellence:

• Utilize your expertise in outpatient and home care, geriatric care, IV setup, and insertions, as well as handling feeding tubes and breathing aids to ensure patients receive the highest quality care possible.

• Clinical Oversight:

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans that address patients’ unique needs, ensuring comprehensive and compassionate support.

• Training and Development:

• Quality Assurance:

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of New York.
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, including outpatient and home care, with a focus on geriatric care.
• Expertise in IV setup and insertions, as well as proficiency in handling feeding tubes and breathing aids.
• Proven leadership experience, with strong supervisory and mentorship skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective patient and team interaction.
