Our client, a leading healthcare organization specializing in support services for adults with developmental disabilities, is seeking a highly experienced Healthcare Business Manager to oversee operations across multiple agencies in Colorado, Illinois, and Arizona. This role involves significant travel between these locations.

Healthcare Business Manager Jobs Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

   • Provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure the effective operation of over 5 healthcare agencies.
   • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement organizational goals and objectives.

2. Operations Management:

   • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and organizational policies.
   • Optimize processes for efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.

3. Team Supervision:

   • Lead and mentor agency managers and staff to foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
   • Guide on complex operational issues.

4. Quality Assurance:

   • Implement and monitor quality assurance measures to maintain the highest standards of care.
   • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance.

5. Financial Oversight:

   • Manage budgets for each agency, ensuring financial sustainability and efficiency.
   • Collaborate with finance teams to analyze financial reports and make informed decisions.

6. Regulatory Compliance:

   • Stay abreast of healthcare regulations in Colorado, Illinois, and Arizona.
   • Ensure all agencies comply with state and federal regulations.

7. Inter-Agency Collaboration:

   • Foster collaboration and communication between agencies to share best practices.
   • Implement standardized procedures and protocols where applicable.

Healthcare Business Manager Jobs Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership role within a healthcare agency.
• 5 or more years of operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of developmental disabilities support services.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly between Colorado, Illinois, and Arizona.
