Personal Best Worldwide is urgently hiring an exceptionally kind, caring and empathetic Registered Nurse to work in our clients group home, located in Monsey, NY.
Company Overview –
The group home provides care and access to treatment and medicine for children ages between 4-18 years old. The children may suffer a multitude of health problems from physical disabilities to mental and emotional challenges.
The perfect Registered Nurse for this role will have previous experience with a similar demographic of patients and be patient, caring and kind.
Registered Nurse Jobs – Essential Skills & Experience
Our ideal candidate will be a registered nurse in the state of New York and have previous experience taking care of children with illnesses, disabilities and emotional and mental struggles.
- Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in a similar role
- Strong inter-personal and communication skills
- Patient focused with a positive attitude
- Demonstrated ability to create care plans
- Confident in patient review and reporting on patients improvements/declines in health
- Confident in insert IV lines when needed
- Able to manage own time and work-load effectively.

- Coordinate with the career’s and other nurses to ensure updates on patient circumstances are current
- Assist with medication review and recommendation
- Make referrals to other services or providers as needed
- Complete physical examination of patients where needed
- Update care plans & patient records.
- Liaise with patients family members when required
- Take part in continuous training and development
