We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Retail Associate to join our native plant nursery. If you have a minimum of 1 year of retail experience and a genuine interest or educational background in horticulture, agriculture, or biology, we want to hear from you. Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with plant selection and gardening advice.
• Handle retail transactions, including cash handling and using point-of-sale systems.
• Maintain the nursery’s visual appearance, ensuring plants are well-displayed and the store is clean.
• Learn and share knowledge about native plants, their care, and their benefits to the local ecosystem.
• Assist in receiving, stocking, and organizing plant inventory.
• Answer customer inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Collaborate with the team to organize events, workshops, and promotions.
• Contribute to creating a welcoming and educational environment for customers.

Retail Sales Associate Requirements:
