Sales Manager

My client, a leading short-term let and holiday villa management company based in London, UK, who assists their landlords with obtaining more flexibility and higher earning potentials from their properties Is seeking an experienced, value-driven sales manager to join their team on a remote basis. Over the last 4 years, the company has grown to exponential heights, securing new offices in Dubai, and building strong relationships with partners in Europe, cementing management of over 100 holiday villas on the isle of Ibiza alone.

An opportunity for a seasoned, driven, focused and highly motivated sales manager has arisen due to company growth. Working on incoming leads from the marketing department, you will call potential landlords and develop strong, lasting relationships with them, explain the companies’ services, and potential earnings for the property, and close the deal, in addition, you’ll send out contracts and input new client information onto to CRM system. You’ll also develop your own leads from connections within the industry, along with proactive networking to establish potential new sales.

Our Ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, with a proven track record of overachieving their sales targets and striving to be the best they can be. Along with having a strong, fluency in English, you should also have a good geographical knowledge of London, central and surrounding areas. Ideally having lived in London for at least 2 years at some point in your life. You should be able to build rapport with clients, close deals and take ownership of driving your role forward to achieve financial reward in the way of excellent commission.


We would love to hear from you if;

  • You have 2 years of previous Sales experience.
  • Have a good geographical knowledge of London and Surrounding areas.
  • Are driven by bonuses, commission, and achieving a high earning potential through closing deals.
  • Are confident in speaking English with strong fluency.
  • Have excellent interpersonal and rapport-building skills.
  • Demonstrate some knowledge of the property industry, preferably in short-term lettings such as Air BnB.
  • Previous experience using HubSpot and/or other CRM/Project management systems.
  • Confident in closing deals, issuing contracts, and discussing potential earnings for properties with new clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Have an iPhone/Mac and am comfortable using that for work purposes. The company systems all run on Apple, so Microsoft users are not invited to apply at this time.


The role and what you’ll do:

  • Follow up with incoming leads that come in from the marketing department.
  • Speak with potential clients about the services offered by the company, assisting them with understanding how their property can return better yields and earnings from choosing short-term letting options.
  • Explain the benefits of choosing short-term rentals and why we are the best choice for their management needs.
  • Discuss the local area, size of the property, the owners’ goals and what they wish to achieve from renting their property out.
  • Discuss earning potentials with the landlord, send out the contract for them to sign and return, and close deals.
  • Update information in the company CRM system.
  • Attend online network events, network within the industry community, and establish your own leads and connections for potential sales.
  • Work on your own lead generation techniques, source potential new leads, and make cold calls when needed.
