Ticket Desk Coordinator

My client, a leading property management company based in NYC is urgently seeking a smart, professional, and dedicated Ticket Desk Coordinator to join their team on a remote basis.

Working NYC (Eastern time) hours, you will assist the company with reviewing incoming maintenance tickets from various properties, sorting them into categories, and actioning and allocating tickets to service providers, staff members, and property managers via the system.

Our ideal candidate should have previous experience working within the property industry, either as a booking agent, landlord, assistant to a landlord, or as a property manager or assistant property manager or similar.


Essential Skills & Experience

  • Perfect English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills, able to learn new systems quickly, highly tech-focused.
  • Independent working skills, able to manage own time and workload.
  • Able to work Nights (local Philippine time)
  • Understanding of property maintenance issues, such as leaking sinks, broken doors etc and have the ability to prioritize them based on urgency.
  • Previous experience within the property industry.
  • Previous experience dealing with maintenance tickets or assistance ticket requests


Duties & Role

  • Review incoming service tickets on the system
  • Allocate service tickets to the relevant staff member
  • Mark tickets as resolved on the internal system
  • Action tickets were able, for example – to contact a contractor to complete the maintenance work.
  • Ensure tickets and jobs are completed within specific time frames.
  • Keep the system up to date, ensuring tickets are properly logged, closed, and flagged where needed.
  • Prioritise tasks based on urgency and seriousness.
  • Manage your workload and time effectively.


Working days – Monday to Friday

Working hours – 9 am to 5 pm EST

Hourly rate $10-$15 USDp/h
